As you may know, Hobby Horse is a woman founded and owned business and has been since its founding in the 80s. This fact actually gives me great pride. One of my personal passions is supporting women and helping to empower their success. In fact, from my perspective, the mission of Hobby Horse is to “design and sell horse show clothing that empowers women to look and feel their best in and out of the show arena.” As a female business owner, I am also familiar with the many challenges we face. I am honored to get to work with several other female business owners, founders, executives, and entrepreneurs in the western lifestyle industry. In this challenging time, I feel it is more important than ever to support each other and build each other up. As Serena Williams so eloquently stated, “The success of every woman should be the inspiration to another. We should raise each other up.
